This year’s IATA WPS combines the former Digital, Data and Retailing Symposium, the Global Airport and Passenger Symposium, and the Accessibility Symposium into a single event to reflect the importance and interconnectivity of all three elements for the passenger experience. In plenary sessions, workshops, and panel discussions, aviation experts will address the end-to-end customer journey – encompassing everything from shopping and purchasing an air travel product to arriving at the destination. Each step in the travel process will be explored from the customer and provider perspectives.

We are pleased to announce our attendance at the Materna IPS Aviation Forum from  September 27 – 28, 2022, in the Union Halle Frankfurt, Germany. The annual customer and partner event centers on topics and trends that are currently moving the aviation industry. This year’s workshops focus on sustainability and how the industry is dealing with climate change, biometrics that allows a contactless travel experience, and cloud solutions that can support the digitalization of business processes.
