2e Systems, an innovative software company delivering booking engines and others solutions for airlines and our partner, Vayant Travel Technologies, leader in airfare search innovation announced today that Austrian Airlines, part of Lufthansa Group and member of Star Alliance have integrated a new robust airfares shopping and pricing engine into the existing Austrian Airlines IBE (Internet Booking Engine) which was developed by 2e Systems in 2006 and was further developed with Vayant's Pricing Engine in 2012.
The Austrian Airlines new airfare shopping and pricing engine offers passengers enhanced flight availability including a wider range of flights from the Lufthansa Group Network, including flights on Lufthansa, Swiss, Brussels Airlines, and flight options with Star Alliance airlines. Passengers can now shop, select and book an even greater number of destinations on the Austrian Airlines booking engine.

Canadian airline WestJet is the latest customer to choose 2e Systems' innovative crew notifications platform.
With eeCrewConnect®, cabin crew and flight crew members will receive real-time updates to their schedules and timely notification of cancelled flights. WestJet will initially utilize core platform capabilities which include SMS and email notification channels, with push notifications and a mobile app coming in subsequent releases. Support for notifications regarding hotel accommodation updates is scheduled for the next release.
Delivered alongside the eeCrewConnect platform will be the cutting-edge eeManager tool which gives crew schedulers and managers full control of crew communications, including the ability to prioritise escalation intervention, and send manual ad-hoc messages.

Croatia Airlines, the Croatian flag carrier and Star Alliance member, headquartered in Zagreb, has selected 2e Systems headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, to deliver three new technology solutions; ee2go, eeDepart and eePaxConnect which will replace the existing platforms with new and enhanced functionalities for their passengers.
Croatia Airlines elected to start the development project with a mobile application (ee2go) for its passengers to access online bookings and other modules like special offers, traveler information, contacts, services, and other relevant information. Following from the release of the mobile app, the second phase will be for a new web check-in platform for all departure stations on the Croatia Airlines' network. The new check-in platform will also be incorporated into the app as an important new mobile feature including the ability for passengers to receive boarding passes to their mobile devices. In the last phase, the implementation of eePaxConnect will enable Croatia Airlines' passengers to receive important passenger notifications including invitations for check-in, flight schedule and gate change updates, etc. The applications will be delivered in 3 different phases towards the end of 2015 and early 2016.

Swiss International Air Lines have recently appointed 2e Systems to provide them with a new online check-in solution. Among the many features being developed, the application will come with a visual makeover and support responsive web design, thus harmonizing the experience for desktop and mobile users. On top of that it will feature home printed baggage tags, THE missing link in most self-service portfolios to date. Passengers demand flexibility during travel, whether for leisure travel or corporate travel, and if the check-in process is online, easy, and mobile, this improves the overall experience for passengers travelling on Swiss.
